Núcleos de Estudios sobre Memoria. Primer Workshop Intensivo de investigación sobre Memoria Social e Historia Reciente

Este espacio de trabajo se orienta a personas inscriptas en programas de posgrado extranjeros y de las distintas provincias argentinas que estén haciendo estadías de investigación o pasantías en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Durante una semana de encuentros, se trabajará sobre los diversos escenarios, contextos, actores y significados en las luchas por los sentidos del pasado, así como sobre los desafíos metodológicos de la historia reciente para repensar e investigar experiencias, cercanas en el tiempo, de violencia, sufrimiento y represión en los diversos países de América Latina.

14 Marie Curie Pre-Doctoral Research Positions in the field of Sustainable Peace Building Open call

The Consortium of European institutions taking part in the project “SPBuild: Sustainable Peace Building offers 14 full-time pre-doctoral research positions in the field of Peace and Conflict research to pursue their own research project and to develop career skills. SPBuild invites applications from highly qualified students, who are currently registered for a doctoral degree at higher educational establishments.

SPBuild has been created and developed under the Seventh Framework Programme/People by a solid and dynamic network of 10 institutions. They all have a proven commitment and capacity to deliver high-quality training in the rapidly developing field of Peace and Conflict research: Universidad de Deusto, Ruhr-Universität Bochum, University of Bradford, Centro de Estudos Sociais of Universidade de Coimbra, Karl-Franzens Universität Graz, Sabanci University, University of Ulster, University of Utrecht, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and CSIC, Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas. And two Associated Partners: Bizkaia: Xede y Egiera Association.

The Project with a total budget of over 3 mill € will run for 4 years.
