The Dialogues on Historical Justice and Memory Research Network provides a platform for researchers and activists working on issues of historical dialogue, historical and transitional justice, and public and social memory. The website provides information and resources to encourage innovative interdisciplinary, transnational and comparative research. It is housed at Institute for the Study of Human Rights at Columbia University, New York City.

Paleolab Group

Center for the Study of Franco and Democratic Times The Center for the Study of Franco and Democratic Times is a Special Research Centre at UAB consists of over eighty researchers from different disciplines, historians, linguists, political scientists, communications specialists, sociologists, and economists specializing in the study of this historical period. Most are assigned to different departments or research groups at UAB, but there are also teachers and researchers from other Catalan universities.

The Argentine Forensic Anthropology Team (Equipo Argentino de Antropología Forense, EAAF) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, scientific organization that applies forensic sciences – mainly forensic anthropology and archaeology – to the investigation of human rights violations in Argentina and worldwide. EAAF was established in 1984 to investigate the cases of at least 9,000 disappeared people in Argentina under the military government that ruled from 1976-1983. Today, the team works in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe.

On this website, citizens can find a database of existing references to files under the Ministry of Culture, based on documents that reflect the suffering and violation of the human rights of our citizens who suffered for so long. Information has been added on the presence of Spanish refugees in Nazi concentration camps and other instances of murder by foreign forces.

Science Society Aranzadi-Aranzadi zientziak elkartea

The Department of Anthropology Aranzadi specifically researches the field of biological anthropology studies and paleopathology. Having the necessary collaboration and coordination with various professionals in the School of Biological Sciences and the Faculty of Medicine, at the University of the Basque Country, the Department works specifically with anthropological findings in Gipuzkoa and performs in accordance with archaeological excavations in this territory. Under the guidance of Dr. Etxeberria, Aranzadi has participated since 2000 in many of the exhumations of mass graves of the Civil War throughout different parts of Spain.
